No. We are an independent pilgrim guest house providing accommodation support for devotees visiting Tirumala. Official TTD cottages (like Padmavathi, Varahaswamy, Shankhumitta) and Darshan passes must be secured exclusively through TTD's official portal (tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in). Pravasi Soudha provides reliable non-TTD guest rooms.

Air conditioning is available in our Standard AC and Family 4-Bed suites. Running hot water is supplied across all room categories starting from 4:00 AM onwards every morning, ensuring devotees can take their mandatory preparatory bath before morning prayers.
5. Can senior citizens request lower-floor or ground-floor rooms? expand_more
Yes, absolutely. We prioritize ground-floor rooms and rooms with Western commodes for senior citizens and devotees with physical mobility constraints. Please mention this requirement during your WhatsApp or phone booking inquiry.
6. What identification documents are mandatory at check-in? expand_more
Under Andhra Pradesh Police and Tirumala security regulations, physical Government Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is strictly mandatory for every adult guest during physical check-in. Digital photos on phones alone may not be accepted without verification.
