Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Timelines
- 48 Hours Before Check-in: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund, minus a nominal administrative fee.
- 24 to 48 Hours Before Check-in: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time or in case of a no-show.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
3. Booking Modifications
Date modifications are treated as cancellations and re-bookings. Please contact our WhatsApp desk at least 48 hours in advance for any modification requests.
